BTS member Jimin has reached another milestone in Japan as his solo hit Who officially earned a Platinum streaming certification from the Recording Industry Association of Japan (RIAJ).
According to the RIAJ, Who, the title track from Jimin’s second solo album MUSE, surpassed 100 million cumulative streams in Japan as of July 2026. The achievement marks Jimin’s first Platinum certification in the RIAJ streaming category for one of his solo songs.
The new certification adds to Jimin’s growing list of RIAJ honors. His first solo album FACE previously received Platinum certification after shipments surpassed 250,000 copies in Japan, while MUSE earned Gold certification for shipments of more than 100,000 copies.
Who had also previously received an RIAJ Gold streaming certification after exceeding 50 million streams. With its latest upgrade to Platinum, Jimin has now collected four RIAJ certifications across album sales and streaming categories.
The song has also shown strong performance on major Japanese music platforms. Who holds the record for the most-streamed song by a K-pop solo artist on Spotify Japan, according to the report.
Spotify Japan’s Top Tracks of 2025 Japan year-end ranking placed Who at No. 10, making it the highest-ranked K-pop song on the list. Jimin’s MUSE also ranked No. 13 on Top Albums of 2025 Japan, where it was reported as the most-streamed K-pop album in Japan for the year.
On Billboard Japan’s 2025 year-end Hot 100, Who ranked No. 73. Jimin was reportedly the only Korean male artist to appear on that annual chart.
With Who now officially crossing the 100 million-stream milestone required for RIAJ Platinum status, Jimin continues to show strong solo streaming performance in the Japanese music market.
