Kim Yoo Jung and Jinyoung are officially heading to the small screen this October with tvN’s new spy romance drama 100 Days of Deception.
On August 27, tvN confirmed that 100 Days of Deception will premiere on October 10 at 9:10 PM KST.
Set during the Japanese colonial period, the drama follows a skilled pickpocket who becomes a secret agent and crosses paths with an elite interpreter working at the Government General of Korea. Their encounter develops into a story combining espionage, romance, and hidden identities.
Kim Yoo Jung stars as Lee Ga Kyung, a secret agent who disguises herself as an interpreter trainee to infiltrate the Government General. Jinyoung plays Kim Tae Woong, an elite interpreter working inside the organization.
The supporting cast includes Kim Hyun Joo, Lee Moo Saeng, and Jin Sun Kyu.
The drama is directed by Yoo In Sik, known for Extraordinary Attorney Woo, while the screenplay is written by Ryu Bo Ri, who previously worked on Do You Like Brahms?.
With Kim Yoo Jung and Jinyoung leading the cast, 100 Days of Deception is set to bring a new historical spy romance to tvN beginning October 10.
