BTS member Jimin caught the attention of a Canadian television reporter during the group’s recent concerts in Toronto.

BTS performed at Rogers Stadium on August 22 and 23 as part of their ARIRANG world tour. Despite heavy rain during the first night, Jimin continued with the performance, while his appearance and stage presence on the second night also drew attention from fans.

Among those impressed was Jee-Yun Lee, a reporter and anchor for Canadian morning program CP24 Breakfast.

After attending the concert, Lee shared a moment from the show on Instagram and wrote, “The moment I fell in love with Chimmy Fallon.” The playful nickname referenced Jimin and highlighted the moment she became captivated by his performance.

Jimin also thanked Toronto fans following the concerts and expressed concern about the cold and windy weather.

He told fans, “The weather today was quite windy and cold, so I was worried that you might catch a cold.”

He added that he hoped BTS could return to meet fans again in the not-too-distant future, saying, “I hope the day comes soon when we can meet again like this, sing, and dance together.”

Jimin ended his message by thanking the audience for the memories created during the two Toronto shows, saying, “Thank you sincerely for making such precious memories with us yesterday and today. Thank you, Toronto.”

The CP24 reporter’s social media post became another notable moment from BTS’s Toronto stop, showing how Jimin’s performance reached beyond longtime fans and caught the attention of a local media personality as well.
