IVE’s Jang Wonyoung and An Yujin are raising curiosity among fans after appearing to launch a mysterious new project called “Annyeong.”
On August 25, a teaser video featuring the voices of the two IVE members was shared on social media. The clip showed a hand picking up a retro telephone receiver before a voice could be heard saying, “Hello.”
Neither An Yujin nor Jang Wonyoung appeared on screen, leaving only their voices as a clue to the project.
The teaser also revealed an “Annyeong” logo, which quickly caught fans’ attention. The name appears to reference “Annyeongz,” a popular nickname fans use when referring to An Yujin and Jang Wonyoung together.
Adding to the mystery, a new social media account called “IVE Exhibition” was also opened. The account shared the same teaser along with the short message, “Annyeong.”
No further details have been officially revealed, including whether the project is connected to an exhibition, special content, merchandise, or another type of event.
The unexpected account has sparked excitement among DIVEs, who are now waiting to find out what An Yujin and Jang Wonyoung are preparing together.
Meanwhile, IVE is continuing its group activities through the group’s second world tour, SHOW WHAT I AM, with additional dates planned across Asia.
