EXO’s D.O., also known as Doh Kyung Soo, is officially returning as a solo artist with a new mini album before beginning his upcoming world tour.

His agency Blitzway Music announced on August 25 that D.O.’s fourth mini album, DOPAMINE, will be released on September 8 at 6 PM KST.

D.O. also shared two teaser images through his official social media accounts, officially kicking off promotions for the comeback. The photos show him wearing sunglasses, with ice reflected in the lenses and another image showing him holding ice in his hand.

The teaser uses ice as a visual symbol for small but intense moments of excitement in everyday life, raising curiosity about the concept and sound of DOPAMINE.

The new release comes about one year after his digital single DUMB and around one year and two months after his first full-length album, BLISS.

Following the release of DOPAMINE, D.O. will shift his focus to touring.

He previously announced his new concert tour, 2026-2027 DOH KYUNG SOO CONCERT TOUR [DAY OFF], which is scheduled to begin in October. The timing means fans will be able to hear his new music shortly before the tour gets underway.

D.O. has remained active across music, acting, and variety shows, while also continuing group activities with EXO.

Earlier this year, EXO released their eighth full-length album REVERXE for the group’s 14th anniversary. The album became EXO’s eighth million-selling release and also recorded strong results on domestic and international charts.

With DOPAMINE arriving in September and his DAY OFF tour beginning in October, D.O. is preparing for another busy period of solo activities.
