RESCENE’s Woni has taken the top spot in the August 2026 individual idol brand reputation rankings, ahead of BTS’s Jimin and IVE’s Jang Wonyoung.

According to the Korea Corporate Reputation Research Institute, Woni ranked No. 1 among 1,735 idols analyzed for August with a brand reputation index of 6,951,891.

Her score increased by 27.93 percent from 5,434,024 in July. Her August total included a participation index of 790,468, media index of 964,334, communication index of 2,689,257, and community index of 2,507,832.

BTS’s Jimin placed second with a score of 5,339,944, representing a 10.12 percent increase from the previous month.

IVE’s Jang Wonyoung followed at No. 3 with 4,694,131, up 15.23 percent.

BTS’s Jungkook ranked fourth with 4,614,619, while BLACKPINK’s Jennie completed the top five with 4,350,624.

The rankings were calculated using 141,837,724 pieces of big data collected from July 19 to August 19. The total amount of data increased by 6.36 percent compared with July.

The analysis measures factors including consumer participation, media attention, communication, and community activity.

For Won Yi, the highest-ranking terms in link analysis included “bright,” “likable,” and “pretty.” Her positive reaction score was recorded at 93.47 percent.

The August top 10 was completed by BTS’s V at No. 6, Wanna One’s Park Ji Hoon at No. 7, BTS’s Jin at No. 8, ATEEZ’s San at No. 9, and RESCENE’s Zena at No. 10.

With Won Yi rising to first place and several BTS members also placing high on the list, the August rankings showed strong movement among both established stars and newer-generation idols.
