TWICE member Jeongyeon is drawing attention after a series of Bubble messages led fans to speculate about how she feels following her departure from JYP Entertainment for her individual activities.
In her messages, Jeongyeon expressed excitement about working with a company that she feels is strongly supporting her.
She wrote, “I can’t tell you how great it is to meet a company that fully supports me. Soon!!!!! You’ll be able to see it on TV, so just wait a little longer!!!!!”
Jeongyeon then continued teasing fans about an upcoming project, saying, “I’m going to give you a huge surprise lol.”
She also revealed that she had been working that day and hinted that the project may be something fans would not normally expect from her.
“I had a schedule today,” she shared, before adding, “It’s coming out of a really unexpected place lol. Please give it a try!”
The casual comments quickly spread across Korean online communities, where some netizens interpreted her words about receiving “full support” as an indirect reference to her previous management situation at JYP Entertainment.
Several commenters wondered whether Jeongyeon had previously faced limitations when pursuing individual activities, particularly acting opportunities. Others were simply excited to see what kind of television project she was preparing.
