KBS 2TV’s weekend drama Love On The Menu continued its strong ratings rise by setting another new personal best.

According to Nielsen Korea, episode 6 of Love On The Menu, which aired on August 9, recorded a nationwide household rating of 15.7%.

The result marks the drama’s highest rating since its premiere and continues its upward momentum as more secrets surrounding the main characters begin to come to light.

In the latest episode, Kim Moo Jin, played by Ha Seok Jin, became increasingly suspicious that Han Gyeol, played by Yoon Ha Bin, could be his biological son.

Moo Jin confronted Han Gyu Rim, played by Hani, after connecting the timing of their relationship eight years earlier with Han Gyeol’s age and several similarities between them. Although Gyu Rim firmly denied his suspicions, Moo Jin eventually asked for a paternity test.

Later, Moo Jin and Han Gyeol spent time together and showed a natural connection. Han Gyeol then surprised him with a direct question, asking, “You met my mom eight years ago, right? Did you like my mom?”

The unexpected question left Moo Jin visibly caught off guard and added more curiosity about how their relationship will develop.

Elsewhere, tensions within Han Gyu Rim’s family also continued to grow after another family issue came to light.

With its latest 15.7% nationwide rating, Love On The Menu has once again broken its own record as viewers continue to follow the unfolding family and relationship mysteries.

Episode 7 of Love On The Menu is scheduled to air on August 15 at 8 PM KST.
