Jung Hae In is once again drawing attention for his generosity and loyalty as several stories about the actor have resurfaced.

During the August 7 broadcast of KBS2’s Problem Child in House, Jung Hae In appeared with Ha Young to promote their Netflix series Our Sticky Love. During the episode, he revealed that he treated the drama’s cast and staff to a crab dinner while they were filming in Yeongdeok.

Jung Hae In explained, “All of the staff and actors had dinner together. Even people who didn’t have filming that day came all the way from Seoul to Yeongdeok.”

Song Eun Yi estimated that with around 100 staff members, managers, and others attending, the dinner could have cost between 20 million and 30 million won. Jung Hae In responded modestly, “It did end up costing quite a lot.”

Song Eun Yi, who previously worked under the same agency as Jung Hae In, also recalled another example of his generosity. She said, “When Hae In was modeling for a sports brand, he gave padded jackets to the agency employees.” Ha Young added, “He also gave us T-shirts this time.”

Other stories about Jung Hae In’s thoughtful behavior have also been shared over the years. He has reportedly gifted cars and watches to managers who have worked with him since his early career. During the filming of tvN’s Love Next Door, he also reportedly treated around 200 people to a beef dinner.

His longtime loyalty toward people he knows has also attracted attention. Jung Hae In continued following Kim Soo Hyun on social media despite public discussion surrounding the actor and later showed support for one of Kim Soo Hyun’s promotional posts.

YouTuber Eun Hyun Jang previously thanked Jung Hae In for continuing to support him during a difficult period, saying, “Jung Hae In was the only one who didn’t unfollow me. We only met a few times, but he supported me a lot.”

Comedian Kim Seung Jin also shared a story from their school days. He recalled feeling uncertain about leaving school to pursue comedy when Jung Hae In encouraged him.

According to Kim Seung Jin, Jung Hae In told him, “It’s okay. I support your dream. Going to Daehakro is a really great thing,” and later encouraged him again by saying, “Stay strong. I support your dream.”

From treating large production teams to meals and giving gifts to longtime colleagues to quietly supporting people around him, Jung Hae In’s past stories of generosity continue to draw positive attention.
