i-dle member Minnie is set to take the mound for her first ceremonial pitch at a Korean professional baseball game.

Minnie will throw the first pitch at the 2026 KBO regular season game between the Doosan Bears and Hanwha Eagles on August 11 at Jamsil Baseball Stadium in Seoul.

Sharing her excitement, Minnie said, “It’s an honor to throw my first pitch with the Doosan Bears. Just like the title of our song, I’ll try to become a ‘Queencard’ who brings the Doosan Bears a victory.”

The appearance will mark Minnie’s first ceremonial pitch in Korean professional baseball, raising anticipation over whether she can become a lucky charm for the team.

Minnie has also remained active with solo music projects. She released her first solo mini album HER last year and has participated in drama soundtracks including Devil’s Angel for Dear X and Hello for Siren.

She is also preparing to make her film debut in September as a lead actress in the Thai remake of 50 First Dates.

Meanwhile, i-dle recently completed their performance on the main stage of the U.S. music festival Lollapalooza. The group will wrap up their 2026 i-dle WORLD TOUR [Syncopation] with concerts at Galaxy Arena in Macau on August 29 and 30.
