BLACKPINK came together as a full group for a special live broadcast celebrating their 10th debut anniversary, while also addressing fans who felt disappointed over the anniversary event preparations.

On August 8, Jisoo, Jennie, Rosé, and Lisa appeared together on Weverse Live and greeted fans with bright smiles.

The members said, “It’s been a while since the four of us did a live together. Today, BLACKPINK turned 10 years old.”

During the broadcast, Jisoo spoke about the concerns surrounding the anniversary event and explained that the members had hoped to celebrate with more fans.

She said, “We originally wanted to meet many people, and we knew that the 10th anniversary was an important day. But I think there was some problem with communication, and we feel sorry about that.”

Jisoo added that the members wanted the anniversary to be a happy occasion while acknowledging that some BLINKs were still disappointed.

She continued, “We wanted to spend today happily and enjoy it, but to the BLINKs who are feeling a little disappointed, we want to say that we’re sorry and that we love you. I hope you understand how we feel.”

The four members then made heart gestures together as they expressed their feelings directly to fans.

BLACKPINK officially marked their 10th debut anniversary on August 8. Some fans had previously expressed concerns after details about the anniversary meet-and-greet were announced shortly before the event, with attendance limited to 40 fans and initial uncertainty about whether all four members would participate.

YG Entertainment later confirmed on August 7 that Jisoo, Jennie, Rosé, and Lisa would all attend the anniversary event.

Jisoo also shared a separate apology to fans before the group’s live broadcast, and BLACKPINK later addressed the situation together while celebrating their milestone as a full group.
