Girl group RESCENE will reveal their new 99-pyeong dorm and daily life together on the upcoming episode of MBC’s Omniscient Interfering View.
The August 8 broadcast will show the full dorm for the first time after viewers received a brief preview during an earlier episode.
RESCENE previously lived in a smaller space where all five members shared one bathroom. Their new home now has three bathrooms and enough rooms for the members to create their own personal spaces.
The dorm is reportedly so large that the members sometimes struggle to hear one another from different areas. They jokingly revealed that they even considered using walkie-talkies to communicate inside the home.
Viewers will also see the members’ individually decorated rooms and the new rules they created after moving into the larger space.
Despite having separate rooms, the five members still prefer gathering together in one place. Their manager Kim Hye Soo joked, “Once a lovebug, always a lovebug.”
RESCENE also received a warm welcome from their new neighbors. The couple living upstairs reportedly sent fruit and a handwritten letter that said, “You feel like our daughters, so we want to take even better care of you.”
Touched by the gift, the members prepared fruit punch and spent a special summer evening together. Minami is also expected to surprise viewers by showing her previously unseen household skills.
