Disney+ has confirmed that its original series Made in Korea season 2 will premiere on September 9, bringing Hyun Bin, Jung Woo Sung, and Woo Do Hwan back for a more intense conflict.

The second season follows Baek Ki Tae, played by Hyun Bin, nine years later as his growing ambition places him on an increasingly dangerous path.

A newly released teaser introduces the character’s return and hints that he has been quietly preparing for his next move.

Baek Ki Tae declares, “I stayed low, hid my claws, and waited for this moment,” suggesting that his plans have become even more determined.

Jang Gun Young, played by Jung Woo Sung, also returns after nine years and pressures Baek Ki Hyun, played by Woo Do Hwan, to make a difficult decision. He tells him, “Choose which side you will stand on.”

The growing tension appears to create a serious divide between the two brothers. Baek Ki Tae warns, “Are you trying to challenge me?” while another line describes the situation as a war that can only end after one side falls. The teaser highlights ambition, loyalty, difficult choices, and possible betrayal without revealing major story details.

Seo Eun Soo, Won Ji An, Jung Sung Il, and Noh Jae Won will also return, adding to the connected relationships and expanding story of the second season.

Made in Korea season 2 will release two episodes on September 9, followed by two episodes on September 16 and its final two episodes on September 23 through Disney+.
