BTS member Jungkook has reached another major Spotify milestone after two of his solo songs surpassed 1.5 billion streams each.
World Music Awards announced that Standing Next to You had passed 1.5 billion streams on Spotify. The organization wrote, “Jung Kook is now the first and only K-pop soloist with multiple songs surpassing 1.5 billion streams on Spotify.” (Facebook)
Jungkook’s solo debut single Seven, featuring Latto, previously crossed 3 billion Spotify streams in June 2026. The song became the first track by a Korean and Asian artist to reach the milestone on the platform. (ABS-CBN)
Released in July 2023, Seven debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 and also topped the Billboard Global 200 and Global Excl. U.S. charts. Its continued streaming growth has made it one of Jungkook’s most successful solo releases.
Standing Next to You, the title track from Jungkook’s first solo album GOLDEN, passed 1.5 billion streams in July 2026. The disco-funk song previously peaked at No. 6 on the UK Official Singles Chart and remained on the chart for 11 weeks. (조선일보)
