Hyeri has honestly shared her disappointment that many people still seem unaware that her new drama, Dream to You, has already begun airing.
The actress opened up about the topic in a recent video uploaded to her YouTube channel, where she chatted with her close friend and fellow actress Park Kyung Hye. While discussing her latest project, Hyeri encouraged viewers to give the series a chance.
"There's actually something I'm a little disappointed about. I don't think many people know the drama has come out," Hyeri said. She added that "four episodes have already aired, and Episode 4 ends with a kiss scene," as she playfully asked viewers to tune in.
Beyond promoting the drama, Hyeri also revealed a more personal side of herself by talking about how she handles change and meeting new people.
"I have a hard time with change. I don't really like meeting new people, having new conversations, or experiencing new things," she admitted. "I'd much rather keep seeing people I've already become close with. New things can feel overwhelming."
She also shared a recent experience that surprised even her.
Hyeri recalled, "Not long ago, I met someone new and I got so sleepy that I thought it would be rude. I wrapped things up as politely as I could, went home, and passed out for four hours."
Dream to You is an ENA romantic comedy that follows the reunion of a genius film director who returns after achieving his dream and a reporter who has long put her own dreams aside. The series stars Hyeri alongside Hwang In Youp.
