Yoo Jae Suk will face strong reactions from the “Running Man” members after making an important mistake during an upcoming team mission.
The July 19 episode of the SBS variety show will feature the “Work Yaho” race, where the cast must choose between improving their arrival time for the next filming and winning expensive prizes.
Using coins earned from missions, the members can select either a “Time Vending Machine” or a “Prize Vending Machine.” The time option may change when they report for work the following week, while the prize option offers rewards including a tablet computer and pure gold.
The valuable prizes quickly test the cast’s loyalty. Yang Se Chan chooses the reward option and successfully wins an expensive item, happily declaring, “Today’s filming is really great!”
His decision causes suspicion among the members. Even those who claim to have chosen the time option are searched, while the cast also checks the camera director’s pockets and belongings for possible hidden prizes.
The group later takes part in a cooperative challenge at a highway rest stop to earn additional coins. They must predict the ranking of a random number and buy food within the matching price range.
However, their teamwork begins to fall apart after Yoo Jae Suk makes a critical mistake. The other members respond with cold looks and playful criticism.
Ji Suk Jin jokes, “When is that guy’s brain going to start working?” causing laughter on set.
Meanwhile, Kim Jong Kook remains focused on his diet despite the many food choices at the rest stop. He reportedly searches only for protein rich items such as chicken breast and smoked eggs, once again showing his strict self management habits.
The “Work Yaho” race will air on “Running Man” on July 19 at 6 PM.
