Actress Park Eun Bin surprised fans by sharing the story behind what she considers the biggest act of rebellion from her school days.
During a July 17 appearance on Red Velvet Seulgi’s YouTube show “Hi Seulgi”, Park Eun Bin reflected on balancing school life with her acting career, which began when she was only five years old.
Because she sometimes needed to leave school early for work, the actress said she always tried to avoid attracting attention.
“When I had to leave early, I would quietly disappear”, Park Eun Bin explained. “There were times when I even left my bag at my seat because I did not want people to notice me”.
Seulgi then asked Park Eun Bin about the boldest thing she had done as a student.
Park Eun Bin recalled secretly leaving during evening self study with her closest friend to visit a movie theater located near their school.
“There was a CGV right next to the school,” she said. “I remember watching ‘The Dark Knight’ with my best friend during evening self study”.
Seulgi responded, “That is so cute”.
Park Eun Bin explained that the theater was usually quiet and that she remembered only the two of them being inside.
“Because we left without doing what we were supposed to do, it felt a little exciting and satisfying,” she shared.
Seulgi also revealed her own high school experience, explaining that she once skipped school and unexpectedly went to Lotte World with friends after meeting at a snack shop near the campus.
