Girls’ Generation members Choi Sooyoung, Sunny, and YoonA showed their support for Tiffany by attending her musical performance together.
On July 17, Choi Sooyoung shared photos from the musical “Yumi’s Cells” on social media and wrote, “I became an audience cell.”
The photos showed Choi Sooyoung posing with Sunny and YoonA after watching Tiffany perform, highlighting the members’ close friendship years after their debut.
Choi Sooyoung also left a playful message for Tiffany, writing, “Hwang Yumi, your friends are here. My No. 109 cell is also Hwang Mi Young,” using Tiffany’s Korean name.
Tiffany plays the lead character Yumi in the musical adaptation of “Yumi’s Cells”. The production is based on Lee Dong Gun’s popular Naver webtoon, which has recorded more than 3.5 billion views.
The story follows Yumi’s daily life and emotions through the different cells living inside her mind.
