Lee Min Ho may be preparing for his next drama.

On July 2, the actor’s agency MYM Entertainment confirmed that Lee Min Ho has received an offer to star in the upcoming romance drama “Virtual Love.”

The agency stated, “‘Virtual Love’ is a project he has received an offer for and is currently reviewing.”

“Virtual Love” is described as an unpredictable romance about an office worker whose daily life is comforted by a member of a virtual idol group.

However, the story takes a twist when she finds out that the virtual idol member is actually her boss at work.

If Lee Min Ho accepts the role, “Virtual Love” will mark his next drama project after tvN’s “When the Stars Gossip,” which ended in 2025.

The drama recorded 2.6% viewership ratings for its final episode, based on Nielsen Korea’s paid household data.

Aside from the possible drama, Lee Min Ho is also preparing to meet viewers through the upcoming film “Assassin(s),” which is scheduled to be released during Chuseok.

“Assassin(s)” is a mystery tracking film based on the 1974 Liberation Day incident involving an assassination attempt on the First Lady, which was broadcast live across the country.

The movie adds fictional imagination to remaining records and unanswered questions from the case.

Lee Min Ho will play Young Il, a rookie reporter who covers the scene of the incident.
