NewJeans members Haerin and Hyein are once again drawing attention after they were reportedly seen in the United States.
On June 27, posts and videos claiming that Haerin and Hyein were spotted in the U.S. spread across online communities.
One netizen shared a short video with the caption, “Random NewJeans encounter,” saying they unexpectedly saw the two members.
In the video, Hyein can be seen standing across from Haerin while smiling softly and talking. Haerin was mostly seen from behind.
Several staff members holding cameras were also seen nearby, leading fans to guess that the members may have been filming something.
This is not the first overseas sighting of Haerin and Hyein. Back in April, posts also spread online claiming that the two were seen in Copenhagen, Denmark. It was later confirmed that Hanni had also joined the Copenhagen schedule.
At the time, ADOR stated, “It is true that NewJeans members visited Copenhagen, Denmark with staff members.”
The latest sighting is gaining more attention as NewJeans members continue different activities amid their ongoing situation with ADOR.
Currently, Haerin, Hyein, and Hanni are preparing to work with ADOR again, while Minji is reportedly continuing positive discussions with the agency about her future activities.
