Jang Yo Hoon is receiving attention after his appearance in the Netflix original series Teach You a Lesson, but the actor says he is staying calm about his growing popularity.
In the series, Jang Yo Hoon played Min Ji Woong, a strong character who left a big impression in one episode. After the drama gained attention, the actor shared his honest thoughts about fame, acting, and the kind of career he wants to build.
Jang Yo Hoon said he believes he still has much more to show as an actor, whether through commercial projects, independent films, or theater. However, he also admitted that he does not see popularity as something guaranteed.

He shared, “I think this fame could be the last time,” explaining that it is rare to receive this kind of attention from just one episode of a series.
Despite the attention, Jang Yo Hoon said he is not focused on screen time. He explained, “I am not greedy about screen time. I want to become an actor who leaves an impact in good works.”
He also opened up about the responsibility that came with becoming more known to the public, saying, “I have mixed feelings about becoming known.” He added that while more opportunities have come his way, he also feels a stronger sense of responsibility.

Jang Yo Hoon said his goal is not simply to become famous, but to become an actor he can be proud of. He shared, “Just because you want to become famous does not mean you become famous,” adding that he wants to focus on doing each project well and enjoying the process.
He also mentioned Kim Mu Yeol as someone who left a good impression on set, saying he wants to become an actor who gives positive influence to others.
Jang Yo Hoon ended by saying he wants to keep acting for a long time while also taking care of his everyday life and family.
