
Netflix series Teach You a Lesson is continuing its strong run, while Juvenile Justice is also seeing renewed interest on the platform.
According to Netflix, Teach You a Lesson, directed by Hong Jong Chan and starring Kim Mu Yeol, remained No. 1 on the global Top 10 non English shows list in its third week of release.
The series also ranked No. 1 in 19 countries, including South Korea, Vietnam, Taiwan, Singapore, the Philippines, and Malaysia. It entered the Top 10 list in 85 countries, showing strong global attention.
As the drama continues to perform well, Juvenile Justice, the first project between Kim Mu Yeol and director Hong Jong Chan, has also climbed back into the rankings. The 2022 Netflix series was already a major hit when it was first released.
With both works gaining attention, viewers are now looking forward to their third collaboration, Netflix’s upcoming series At the Frontlines of Young Lives.
The new medical drama will star Jung Ryeo Won, Ha Yun Kyung, Baek Hyun Jin, Kim Jong Soo, and Kim Mu Yeol. Kim Mu Yeol is set to play Bae Su Wol, a professor of anesthesiology and pain medicine with a friendly and smooth personality.
Writer Kim Min Seok, who worked on Juvenile Justice, will also join the project. After the success of Juvenile Justice and Teach You a Lesson, many are watching to see if Kim Mu Yeol and Hong Jong Chan can create another strong Netflix series together.
