ILLIT’s Moka will temporarily halt all activities to focus on her health.
On June 19, Belift Lab released an official statement about Moka’s future schedule. The agency explained, “Since the preparation process for the 4th mini album comeback, Moka has been receiving treatment and recovering due to excessive tension and anxiety symptoms.”
According to the agency, Moka still wanted to meet fans and partly joined music broadcasts during the final week of promotions. However, after further discussion with Moka and the other ILLIT members, they decided that she needs more stable rest for a full recovery.
Belift Lab stated, “As a result, Moka has decided to stop all activities for the time being and focus on recovering her health.”
The agency also apologized to fans who had been waiting for her activities, saying, “The artist herself also feels very sad that she will not be able to meet fans.”
For now, ILLIT will continue schedules as a 4 member group. Belift Lab promised to fully support Moka’s recovery and said they will announce her return schedule at a later time.
