Actor Gong Myung surprised viewers by revealing the big birthday gift he received from his younger brother, NCT’s Doyoung.
On the June 9 episode of YouTube show “Salon Drip,” Gong Myung appeared as a guest with actor Jin Sun Kyu and shared a sweet story about his family.
During the talk, Gong Myung said, “My younger brother gave me something big for my birthday.”
He quickly explained, “Some people might misunderstand, but I am saying this because my younger brother told me to make sure to talk about it. I am not trying to brag.”
When host Jang Do Yeon asked what the gift was, Gong Myung revealed, “My younger brother bought me a car,” surprising everyone on set.
Jang Do Yeon reacted with a shocked “Wow,” while Jin Sun Kyu praised Doyoung by saying, “He is really an amazing younger brother.”
Gong Myung explained that he was originally planning to buy the car himself. However, Doyoung later handed him the car payment documents and ended up buying it for him as a birthday gift.
The story drew attention from fans, who were touched by the close bond between Gong Myung and Doyoung.
