2NE1 member Park Bom has officially parted ways with D Nation Entertainment after 8 years.
On June 5, D Nation Entertainment announced through its official social media account that Park Bom’s exclusive contract had ended.
The agency stated, “After enough discussion with Park Bom, we have mutually agreed to end her exclusive contract”.
The agency explained that Park Bom has recently been focusing on her health and rest. It added, “We made this decision out of respect for the artist’s stability and future direction of activities.”
D Nation also thanked Park Bom for her time with the company, saying she had continued meaningful activities as a solo artist.
The agency said, “Although her exclusive contract with us has ended, we sincerely support Park Bom’s healthy journey and new beginning.”
The company also thanked fans for their support and asked them to continue giving Park Bom warm encouragement.
Park Bom joined D Nation in 2018 after leaving YG Entertainment, where she had been since her trainee days.
During her time with D Nation, she continued her solo career and also took part in 2NE1’s 15th debut anniversary reunion activities in 2024.
However, Park Bom stopped all activities in August last year due to health reasons and has been on a break for about a year. Fans have also shown concern after some of her recent social media posts drew attention.
With her contract now ended, many are wishing Park Bom a healthy recovery and a stable new start.
