
SBS’s Friday Saturday drama “My Royal Nemesis” is continuing its strong run both in Korea and overseas.
After its release, “My Royal Nemesis” rose to No. 1 on Netflix’s “Today’s Top 10 Series in South Korea.” As of May 18, the drama has kept the No. 1 spot for 2 consecutive weeks, showing its growing popularity among viewers.
The drama is also showing strong results in TV ratings. According to Nielsen Korea, “My Royal Nemesis” has already reached a highest rating of 7.8% in just 2 weeks.
Its overseas performance is also drawing attention. According to Netflix’s official Tudum weekly ranking, “My Royal Nemesis” ranked No. 1 on the Global Top 10 Non English Shows list last week and stayed near the top at No. 2 for the week of May 11 to 17.
The drama also remained in the TOP 10 in 44 countries, including Brazil, Spain, Bolivia, Peru, Australia, and Hong Kong.
“My Royal Nemesis” is also proving its buzz power. According to Good Data Corporation’s FUNdex ranking for the second week of May, the drama placed No. 2 in the TV drama buzz ranking.
Lead stars Lim Ji Yeon and Heo Nam Jun also ranked No. 4 and No. 5 in the integrated TV OTT cast buzz ranking.
Kinolights’ “Today’s Trend Ranking” also placed “My Royal Nemesis” at No. 1 among all content for 2 weeks in a row.
With strong Netflix rankings, rising ratings, and high buzz, “My Royal Nemesis” is quickly becoming one of the most talked about K dramas of the season.
