Heo Nam Jun surprised viewers by sharing a fun story about his twin younger brother.
On episode 140 of TEO’s web show “Salon Drip”, released on May 19, “My Royal Nemesis” stars Lim Ji Yeon and Heo Nam Jun appeared as guests and talked casually with MC Jang Do Yeon.
During the episode, Jang Do Yeon asked Heo Nam Jun about being a twin, saying, “Since you are twins, people must be curious about many things. What question do you get asked the most?”
Lim Ji Yeon also showed interest and said she heard the two brothers do not look alike.
Heo Nam Jun agreed and said, “If you really see us, we really do not look alike.” He then explained that his younger brother is “bigger” and “taller” than him, adding that his brother has a darker skin tone.
The actor also made everyone laugh as he revealed that even though he is the older brother, his younger brother never called him that.
He shared, “I am the older brother, but my younger brother does not call me older brother. Since we were young, he just called me ‘hey.’”
Heo Nam Jun said that his younger brother grew faster than him, so he often felt like the younger one in real life.
He added, “I was only the older brother in words, but I was basically treated like the younger one”. He also revealed that because his brother was bigger, he even wore his brother’s hand me down clothes.
When asked who was more popular in school, Heo Nam Jun honestly answered, “My younger brother was much more popular. I was not jealous. I have never really been popular”.
However, he admitted that he had received confessions before, saying he got candy and letters on special days.
