
Actor Lee Jae Wook has officially begun his military service.
On May 18, Lee Jae Wook entered the training center to start his basic military training. After completing training, he will serve as an active duty soldier in the Army. No separate public event was held for his enlistment.
Before enlisting, Lee Jae Wook shared a message with fans on Instagram, saying, “I will return safely and in good health.” He also posted a photo showing his newly cut short hair ahead of his military service.
Even while Lee Jae Wook is away, fans will still be able to see him on screen. His ENA Monday Tuesday drama “Doctor on the Edge” is scheduled to air next month.
He is also set to appear in the Netflix series “Dead-End Job”, which is expected to be released in the second half of this year.
Lee Jae Wook, who was born in 1998, made his acting debut in the 2018 drama “Memories of the Alhambra.”
He later appeared in “Search: WWW” and “Extraordinary You” in 2019, before gaining wider attention through the “Alchemy of Souls” series in 2022.
