2PM’s Nickhun is gaining attention again after new concert photos showed a different look from the one that recently became a hot topic online.
On May 13, JYP Entertainment released photos of Nickhun from 2PM’s “Japan 15th Anniversary Concert The Return,” which was held at Tokyo Dome on May 9 and 10. The concert celebrated the group’s 15th anniversary since their debut in Japan.
In the new photos, Nickhun appeared on stage with a sharper face and fit body. His clear features and elegant image reminded fans of his well known “Thai prince” nickname, and many said he looked just as charming as before.
The photos also helped clear up recent talk about his appearance. Earlier, Nickhun appeared in a 2PM YouTube video wearing a hoodie and cap in a casual setting.
Some viewers noticed that he looked fuller in the video, leading to reactions such as, “Is that really Nickhun?” and “Time cannot be helped.”
However, the video uploaded on May 6 appears to have been filmed much earlier than its release date. Because of this, the look seen in the video may not reflect Nickhun’s current appearance.
With his latest Tokyo Dome concert photos, Nickhun showed a sharp and confident stage presence, putting the recent discussion about his visuals to rest.
