BTS is continuing its powerful run on Billboard with their 5th full album “ARIRANG” and title track “SWIM.”

According to Billboard’s latest chart dated May 16, “SWIM” ranked No. 1 on the Global Excl. US chart after rising one spot from last week.

The song also ranked No. 2 on the Global 200 chart, proving its steady worldwide popularity.

The group also showed strong results on Billboard’s main charts. “ARIRANG” ranked No. 7 on the Billboard 200 and stayed in the Top 10 for 7 straight weeks. “SWIM” also climbed two spots to No. 30 on the Hot 100, marking its 7th consecutive week on the chart.

All 13 vocal tracks from “ARIRANG,” excluding the sound track featuring the Bell of King Seongdeok, also remained on the charts for 7 straight weeks.

The album continued to perform well on other Billboard charts too. “ARIRANG” stayed at No. 4 on Top Album Sales, ranked No. 14 on Top Streaming Albums, and placed No. 8 on Vinyl Albums. “SWIM” also appeared on multiple radio charts, including Pop Airplay, Adult Pop Airplay, Adult Contemporary, and Radio Songs.

BTS also placed five albums on the World Albums chart at the same time. “Proof” ranked No. 4 and stayed on the chart for its 204th week, while “MAP OF THE SOUL: 7 ~ THE JOURNEY ~,” “LOVE YOURSELF 轉 ‘Tear,’” “The Most Beautiful Moment in Life: Young Forever,” and “LOVE YOURSELF 承 ‘HER’” also entered the ranking.

BTS is currently holding their “BTS WORLD TOUR ‘ARIRANG’ IN NORTH AMERICA,” which began in Tampa on April 25. The tour includes 31 shows in 12 cities and is drawing attention for its large economic impact, often called “BTSnomics.”

Reuters reportedly predicted that the tour could bring in around 1.8 billion dollars in total revenue. BTS will continue their North American tour with shows at Stanford Stadium on May 16, 17, and 19.
