Ahn Hyo Seop and Khalid are drawing attention for their upcoming global single “Something Special.”
On May 8, Fandom released a behind the scenes video on its official social media account, showing Ahn Hyo Seop and Khalid meeting for the first time.
In the video, the two greeted each other warmly with bright smiles and a hug. Ahn Hyo Seop shared his nervous excitement and said, “This is my first music release…” Khalid encouraged him, saying, “I think you can just be comfortable, enjoy it as you are, and show yourself.”
Ahn Hyo Seop also expressed confidence in the song, saying, “The mood is good and it is addictive, so my friends really like it too.” Khalid responded, “I also really like this song. I am truly thankful that we got to work together.”
The project is gaining interest because it marks Ahn Hyo Seop’s first music release. Known for his acting, he is now preparing to show a new side of himself through music.
Ahn Hyo Seop is currently appearing in the SBS drama “Sold Out Again Today.” With “Something Special,” he is expected to expand his activities beyond acting and connect with more global fans.
“Something Special” will be released worldwide on May 22. The single will be available digitally and as a physical CD, with more behind the scenes content also set to be released.
