TXT’s Beomgyu shared a fun story about his close friendship with BTS’s Jin.
On the May 6 broadcast of MBC’s “Radio Star,” Beomgyu appeared as a guest and talked about his variety show goals, his friendly competition with TXT member Soobin, and how he spends his free time with Jin.
During the show, Beomgyu called Soobin his “fierce rival” in variety programs. He explained that the two TXT members often compete when it comes to entertainment shows. Beomgyu said Soobin is good at making people laugh with his words, while he uses his high energy to bring a different kind of fun.
Beomgyu then revealed that he often plays games with Jin on his days off. He shared, “Seokjin hyung also likes playing games, and I like it too. So when we have a day off, I go to his house and we play games every day.”
He also said Jin once told him that staying home and playing games is better than going out because there is “no risk.”
When Kim Gura asked if he should still go out and have fun, Beomgyu quickly answered, “No, no, no,” making the studio laugh.
Beomgyu added, “You never know what can happen in the world. It is nice to play a game I like with a senior I like.”
The story drew attention as fans enjoyed hearing about Beomgyu and Jin’s simple but close friendship outside of their busy idol schedules.
