Many praised the large scale set, detailed costumes, and modern take on a Korean royal wedding.
Viewers called it “one of the best wedding scenes ever,” with some saying the set “looks completely real” and that the drama’s production scale feels “huge.”
Others said the scene made them feel like they had “attended a Korean royal wedding.”
A fan edited the scene with the Arirang part of BTS’s “Body to Body,” which also became a hot topic.
Many viewers said the traditional sound matched the wedding scene well, with comments like “The song choice is the best” and “Every time I hear Arirang, I get goosebumps.”
IU’s royal wedding look also brought emotional reactions from longtime drama fans. Many connected it to “Moon Lovers: Scarlet Heart Ryeo,” saying it felt like they were finally seeing the wedding moment they had waited years for.
