TWS is gaining attention once again with the success of their “Dda-rum challenge.”
The challenge uses the catchy “Dda-rum” part from “You, You,” the title track of TWS’s 5th mini album 'NO TRAGEDY,' released on April 27.
The choreography shows the feeling of wanting to follow someone you like through rhythmic steps, light shoulder movements, and footwork that match TWS’s bright image.

According to Pledis Entertainment, “Dda-rum challenge” videos uploaded on TWS’s official Instagram passed 24.1 million total views as of May 2. A total of 11 videos have also passed 1 million views each.
Many stars have joined the challenge, including SEVENTEEN’s Seungkwan, TXT’s Yeonjun, LE SSERAFIM’s Sakura and Chaewon, NCT WISH’s Sion, ITZY’s Yuna, EXO’s Kai, NiziU’s Rima, Park Myung Soo, Risabae, and more.
Another version of the challenge is also gaining attention. In this version, participants dance in a circle and copy the moves of the person next to them, matching the song’s meaning of “following.”

Dohun copied EXO’s “Love Shot” choreography during his challenge with Kai, while Shinyu and Risabae acted like they were doing each other’s makeup.
The members also made fans laugh by copying Park Myung Soo’s “Jjo Jjo dance.”

Meanwhile, 'NO TRAGEDY' sold more than 1 million copies in just four days, making TWS a million-seller again.
“You, You” also entered Melon, Genie Music, and Bugs shortly after release, while its music video ranked No. 4 on YouTube Korea’s Daily Popular Music Videos chart for April 28.
TWS has started their comeback promotions on music shows and will continue performing “You, You” on major weekly programs.
