Lee Som is drawing attention for her strong performance in SBS’s Friday-Saturday drama 'Phantom Lawyer'
In the May 1 episode, Han Na Hyun, played by Lee Som, helped Shin Yi Rang, played by Yoo Yeon Seok, look into the past of his father, Shin Ki Joong, played by Choi Won Young.
Han Na Hyun began investigating an incident from 20 years ago after suspecting that there may be a hidden truth behind Shin Ki Joong’s death.
She gathered information through a junior prosecutor and found unclear parts in the case.
Even after Yang Do Kyung, played by Kim Kyung Nam, warned her to stop, Han Na Hyun continued her investigation without backing down.
She was also shocked after learning that Shin Ki Joong had appeared as Shin Yi Rang’s new deceased client.
Shin Ki Joong did not want his son to be placed in danger just to clear his name, but Han Na Hyun showed trust in Shin Yi Rang and gave him strength.
As Han Na Hyun and Shin Yi Rang got closer to the truth, Yang Do Kyung’s threats became stronger. However, the two continued working together to follow the case.
Lee Som added tension to the story with her serious gaze and steady acting, making viewers more immersed in the drama.
