ZEROBASEONE is raising excitement for their comeback with a bold and mature new look.
On April 30 and May 1, ZEROBASEONE released the first concept photos and film for their 6th mini album Ascend through their official social media accounts.
The newly revealed concept is called “Cover Story,” the first of three concepts prepared for the album.
In the group and unit photos, the members showed a classic but modern style by wearing a mix of suits and leather.
The clean setting and polished visuals gave the concept a sharp and elegant mood, making fans more curious about the album.
The individual photos and concept film also highlighted each member’s charm. With deep gazes and calm expressions, ZEROBASEONE showed a more refined and charismatic image.
The group previously teased three concepts for Ascend: “Cover Story,” “Scenario,” and “A Senses.” With “Cover Story” now revealed, attention is growing over how the next concepts will show the group’s new direction.
Ascend is described as an album that focuses on ZEROBASEONE’s identity and growth through their music.
The album will be released on May 18 at 6 PM KST through various online music platforms.
