MONSTA X’s Jooheon has officially opened his own solo YouTube channel, Lee Jooheon JOOHONEY, drawing excitement from MONBEBE around the world.
Jooheon recently released two videos on the channel. One video, titled “Our Jooheon is,” featured warm narration from his mother and MONSTA X members as they introduced him in their own words.
They described him as “a son full of sense and fighting spirit,” “a child with cute and sparkling eyes,” and someone with “strong passion, lots of aegyo, and powerful stage energy.” The video also showed glimpses of his daily life, giving fans a look at what kind of content may come next.
In another video, Jooheon met with the production team for the first time at one of his favorite restaurants. He said, “To celebrate the opening of my YouTube channel, I want to have an ice breaking time,” adding, “Teamwork is always important to me, and I need chemistry with the production team.”
Jooheon also shared that he wants the channel to feel more natural. He explained, “On my YouTube channel, I want to show my natural side without hair and makeup.”
The MONSTA X member discussed several content ideas, including travel, soccer, games, music, and talk content. He said he would like to visit London to watch a local soccer match and also mentioned using his well known “Dageudak game” for future videos.
When asked about a guest he would like to invite, Jooheon chose actress Kim Young Ok. He said, “When I saw grandma Young Ok crying while watching MONSTA X’s performance, I also felt emotional.”
Jooheon also revealed that he had received content ideas directly from MONBEBE at a fan signing event, hinting that fans may be part of shaping the channel’s future direction.
Starship Entertainment shared, “Jooheon, who has opened his solo YouTube channel, plans to show content in many areas, including music, hobbies, daily life, games, and talk.”
Meanwhile, MONSTA X is currently holding their 2026 MONSTA X World Tour [The X : Nexus].
