Appearing on a recent TV show after her return from a rare illness, she reflected on her long journey and surprised viewers by saying, “I have now turned forty.”
She spoke openly about debuting at a young age and the pressure that followed, saying, “At that time, it felt burdensome and even scary.”


She added honestly, “I am not as bright, cute, and lovely as people think,” showing the gap between her real self and public image.
Moon Geun Young continued, “Because people only saw me in a good and pretty way, I felt pressure and suddenly became afraid,” and shared, “I kept thinking that I should never make a mistake,” revealing how the title made her feel constant pressure.
