2PM is showing their strong friendship and loyalty as all members come together to celebrate Taecyeon’s wedding.
According to reports, Taecyeon will hold his wedding on April 24 at The Shilla Hotel in Seoul with his non celebrity partner. The ceremony will be held privately with only family and close acquaintances attending.
What is drawing attention is the full support from his fellow 2PM members. Hwang Chan Sung, the youngest member and the first in the group to get married, will host the ceremony.
In addition, Jun. K, Jang Woo Young, Lee Junho, Nichkhun, and Hwang Chan Sung will all attend and perform a congratulatory song together.
Taecyeon’s bride is known to be four years younger, and the couple has been in a public relationship since 2020. After over five years together, they decided to take the next step.
Earlier, there were also talks of a proposal after a photo of Taecyeon giving a ring in Paris was revealed.
His agency previously confirmed the marriage, stating that he “promised to share his life” with his long time partner and that the wedding would be held privately.
Taecyeon also shared the news through a handwritten letter, saying, “I promised to spend my life with someone who has trusted me for a long time,” and added, “We will support each other and walk through life together.”
He also thanked fans, sharing, “I sincerely thank everyone who has supported me with a constant heart,” and promised, “I will continue to do my best as a member of 2PM, as an actor, and as your Taecyeon”.
