Actor Song Joong Ki and his wife Katy Louise Saunders are drawing attention after being spotted together at an official event, marking a rare public appearance as a couple.
Broadcaster Jang Sung Kyu shared his experience after attending a chamber orchestra performance held in celebration of Disability Day.
He expressed his thoughts on the event and revealed that the couple attended as narrators, praising them by saying, “Song Joong Ki and his wife… were truly impressive.”
The event featured a performance by Gaon Soloists, an orchestra made up of both disabled and non-disabled musicians. Song Joong Ki and Katy attended together, making it their first known official appearance as a couple at such an event.
According to attendees, the couple interacted warmly with children and maintained a respectful presence throughout the event.
Although they did not stand side by side, they were seen showing consideration to highlight the performers.
Jang Sung Kyu also shared his emotional reaction to the performance, saying he was moved by the quality and effort, adding that it was “a time to feel and learn many things,” while once again describing the couple as “truly impressive.”
