Perfect Crown’ continues its strong rise in ratings, with IU and Byeon Woo Seok drawing major attention as the drama reaches a new peak.

According to Nielsen Korea, Episode 4 of the MBC Friday-Saturday drama recorded 11.1 percent nationwide and 11.3 percent in the metropolitan area, marking its highest ratings so far.

It ranked No. 1 in its time slot across all key categories, including a 5.3 percent rating among viewers aged 20 to 54, where it also placed No. 1 among all Saturday programs. The episode’s peak viewership climbed to 13.8 percent, showing strong momentum.

A major highlight of the episode was a tense scene where IU’s character became trapped in a car with broken brakes, creating a dangerous situation. As the car continued to speed forward, efforts to stop it failed, increasing the tension.

At the critical moment, Byeon Woo Seok’s character appeared and blocked the car, successfully bringing it to a stop. IU’s character recognized him as he stepped out of the vehicle, finally letting out a sigh of relief after the frightening situation.

Alongside this, the drama continues to build attention with its strong storyline and character developments, while maintaining steady growth in ratings and securing its position as the top program in its time slot.
