Fantagio, the agency representing Cha Eun Woo and Kim Seon Ho, has issued an official apology regarding recent tax-related controversies and admitted responsibility at the company level.
The agency stated, “We sincerely apologize for causing concern,” and clarified that the issue is not just individual but “a problem caused by the company’s lack of management responsibility.”
Fantagio acknowledged internal shortcomings, saying they “did not sufficiently review the issue in advance” and are now reflecting on the situation. They also shared plans to improve, explaining that they are “rechecking internal systems” and strengthening “tax and legal review procedures.”
The agency further promised, “We will continue to improve our internal control system to prevent similar cases,” adding that they aim to regain trust through “responsible changes.”
Previously, Cha Eun Woo confirmed that he had paid all required taxes, stating, “I respect the process and results and have paid all related taxes.”
Kim Seon Ho was also reported to have resolved his case by paying additional taxes and closing the related company.
