BLACKPINK’s Jisoo is drawing attention after opening up about her journey as a solo artist and what she learned over the past year.
In a recent photoshoot with a fashion magazine alongside Tommy Hilfiger, Jisoo showed her strong presence as a global ambassador, expressing the brand’s identity in her own unique style.
The shoot followed a “Perfect Day” concept, featuring warm sunlight, a mansion, and a beach setting, where she displayed an elegant yet relaxed mood.
After the shoot, Jisoo shared her thoughts in an interview, including her experience filming Boyfriend on Demand.

She said, “It was my first time playing a character that feels like someone who could exist in real life,” adding that she approached the role by thinking about “listening to the concerns of a friend my age.”
She also talked about BLACKPINK’s recent world tour DEADLINE, explaining that while each member kept their own individuality, “the stage felt new,” and “each person’s color made it more enjoyable to watch.”
Looking back on her first year as a solo artist, Jisoo gave an honest reflection, saying, “It made me proud that people could relate to the songs I like.”
She also shared an important lesson, saying, “Even if I feel afraid of new challenges, I learned that I can’t stop.”
She added that this journey has been a meaningful process of growth for her, showing a stronger and more confident mindset.
