tvN’s Siren’s Kiss is keeping viewers hooked as the drama continues to dominate its time slot, even with a slight ratings drop in its latest episode.
According to Nielsen Korea, episode 7 of Siren’s Kiss recorded 3.9% nationwide, while reaching a 4.37% peak in the Seoul metropolitan area.
Although the nationwide rating was slightly lower than the previous episode, the drama still ranked No. 1 in its time slot for seven consecutive episodes among cable and general programming channels.
The drama also continued to show strong performance in tvN’s key target audience. In the 20 to 49 age group, Siren’s Kiss ranked No. 1 nationwide in its time slot among cable and general programming channels, while in the Seoul metropolitan area it ranked No. 1 across all channels, including public broadcasters.
The latest episode drew even more attention as Park Min Young’s Han Seol Ah and Wi Ha Joon’s Cha Woo Seok moved closer to uncovering the truth behind Kim Jung Hyun’s Baek Joon Beom.
Their growing suspicions led to a tense and emotionally charged confrontation that quickly became one of the biggest talking points from the episode.
One of the most chilling moments came when Han Seol Ah directly challenged Baek Joon Beom and told him, “How about you take off that mask now?” The tension only grew stronger when his expression suddenly changed and he coldly responded, “Do you think I’m getting revenge for him?”
The intense exchange, combined with the drama’s suspenseful atmosphere, has helped Siren’s Kiss remain one of the most talked about weekday dramas right now, with viewers especially reacting to the powerful chemistry and dangerous mind games between the lead characters.
With the ratings still holding strong and the story building even more tension, many viewers are already looking ahead to episode 8, which airs on March 24 at 8:50 PM KST.
