Netflix’s Boyfriend on Demand is continuing its strong run, and much of the attention is now centered on just how big Jisoo’s impact really is.

According to Netflix’s Tudum Top 10 chart released on March 18, Boyfriend on Demand ranked No. 1 on the Global Top 10 Non English Shows list in its second week after release.

The series also stayed No. 1 in total watch hours for two straight weeks, showing strong momentum even after its debut week.

The drama reportedly made the Top 10 in 47 countries, including major markets across Asia, Latin America, and beyond.

It recorded 4.8 million views and 47.8 million watch hours, proving that the series is not just getting attention in Korea, but also building strong interest from viewers around the world.

The success is not limited to Netflix’s global chart either.

Boyfriend on Demand is also doing extremely well in Korea’s current buzz rankings. In Good Data Corporation’s FUNdex rankings for the second week of March, the drama ranked No. 1 in the integrated TV OTT drama buzz category for the second consecutive week.

The cast is also pulling major attention. In the same buzz rankings, Jisoo ranked No. 1 among drama cast members, while Seo In Guk followed at No. 2, showing just how much conversation the lead pair is generating right now.

A big reason for the drama’s continued popularity is the strong response to Jisoo and Seo In Guk’s chemistry.

Viewers have been especially drawn to the way the two balance playful tension and sweet romance, helping the drama’s fantasy based setup feel more grounded and emotionally believable.

The series has also gained extra interest for how it mixes a unique virtual dating subscription service concept with more relatable relationship emotions, which many viewers say makes it easier to stay invested in the story.

With global rankings still strong and domestic buzz continuing to rise, Boyfriend on Demand is clearly holding onto its momentum and keeping Jisoo at the center of the conversation.
