SBS’s new Friday Saturday drama Phantom Lawyer is already building strong momentum after its premiere, with viewers quickly reacting to its unusual fantasy legal concept and Yoo Yeon Seok’s dramatic transformation.
The series, which premiered on March 13, drew attention with its story of a lawyer who can hear the voices of people who died unfairly and fights for justice in unexpected ways. The drama’s early buzz was backed by numbers as it reached a peak minute rating of 6.6%, showing solid viewer interest right from the start.
At the center of the excitement is Yoo Yeon Seok, who plays Shin I Rang, a lawyer whose latest case pushes him into increasingly dangerous situations.
