tvN’s “Siren’s Kiss” is continuing to build momentum as the mystery drama delivered another strong ratings performance while revealing a major new twist involving Park Min Young and Lee Elijah.
According to Nielsen Korea, episode 4, which aired on March 10, recorded a nationwide average rating of 4.3 percent and a peak of 5.7 percent.
In the Seoul metropolitan area, the drama posted a 4.3 percent average and a peak of 5.8 percent, ranking No.1 in its time slot among cable and general programming channels. The series also ranked No.1 among viewers aged 20 to 49 in the same time slot both nationwide and in the Seoul area.
The latest episode focused on Cha Woo Seok (Wi Ha Joon) as his investigation into the death of Kim Yoon Ji (Lee Elijah) took a surprising turn. While looking through Kim Yoon Ji’s home, he discovered signs that suggested she had been secretly following Han Seol A (Park Min Young).
Han Seol A was briefly named as a suspect in the case after Do Eun Hye (Han Chae Rin), an intern at Royal Auction, identified her based on what she remembered from the day of the incident. However, Han Seol A quickly proved her alibi and was cleared, and the case was officially ruled a suicide.
Still unconvinced, Cha Woo Seok continued investigating on his own. As he followed the clues, he learned that Choi Young Ho (Yoon Jong Hoon), Han Seol A’s former boyfriend, had previously been in a relationship with Kim Yoon Ji. This led him to suspect that Kim Yoon Ji may have followed Han Seol A because of unresolved emotions and revenge.
The episode also highlighted a noticeable emotional shift in Cha Woo Seok. As he uncovered more about Han Seol A’s painful past and the tragedies surrounding her, his feelings began to move from suspicion toward curiosity and sympathy.
In one of the episode’s most talked about moments, Han Seol A emotionally broke down and asked, “What else are you curious about?” Cha Woo Seok then responded, “I’m curious about you, Han Seol A,” leaving viewers even more invested in their changing relationship.
