
BTS member Jungkook is once again showing strong global impact as his solo track “Please Don’t Change” continues to dominate major music charts.
The song, included in his first solo album “GOLDEN” released in November 2023, ranked No. 1 on the Worldwide iTunes Song Chart dated February 28. Notably, the track is a B side released two years ago, yet it climbed back to the top on February 26 and held the No. 1 position for three consecutive days through February 28.
On the European iTunes Song Chart, the song also ranked No. 1 for two consecutive days on February 26 and 27, before placing No. 2 on February 28, highlighting its steady demand across regions.


Jungkook’s album “GOLDEN” also continues to perform strongly. It ranked No. 11 on the Worldwide iTunes Album Chart and No. 16 on the European iTunes Album Chart. The album has now remained on the charts for a total of 442 days and 235 days respectively, setting the longest charting record among K pop solo albums.
On Spotify, “Please Don’t Change” has surpassed 219 million streams. Meanwhile, “GOLDEN” has accumulated 6.79 billion streams, the highest total for a full length album by an Asian artist on the platform, and is approaching 6.8 billion streams.
With continued No. 1 rankings and record breaking streaming numbers, Jungkook once again proves his lasting digital power on the global stage.
