In the story, Hong Geum Bo (Park Shin Hye) continues her daring mission to secure slush funds at Han Min Securities. With the help of Go Bok Hee (Ha Yun Kyung), who cleverly impersonates Director Song Ju Ran (Park Mi Hyun) to secure a bank guarantee, Geum Bo safely withdraws part of the funds.

She also meets with Director Yoon Jae Beom (Kim Won Hae) at the Financial Supervisory Service to explain why she cannot return to her old position.

Yoon comforts her, telling her not to feel guilty over Kim Mi Sook’s (Kang Chae Young) collapse, even shedding tears of his own in the process.

Meanwhile, tensions rise as Shin Jung Woo (Go Kyung Pyo) and DK Ventures’ plan to take over Han Min Securities is challenged when posts questioning their relationship appear on the financial PC network Yeouido Pirates.

While Shin Jung Woo requests Executive Oh Deok Kyu (Kim Hyung Mook) to shut down the site, the Yeouido Pirates are provoked and declare they will reveal the truth about the company’s slush funds. Convinced the “captain” is inside Han Min Securities, Hong Geum Bo sets a clever trap using a fake confidential document.

The captain is revealed to be Albut Oh (Jo Han Gyeol), who teams up with former hacker Manager Lee Yong Ki (Jang Do Ha). Using insider knowledge and technical skills, the two formed the Yeouido Pirates.

However, when they fail to get more information, Hong Geum Bo and Go Bok Hee face challenges, and Albut Oh eventually uncovers Geum Bo’s true identity as a 35-year-old financial supervisor on an undercover mission.

The episode also delivers heartwarming moments. Geum Bo celebrates a birthday with her family at her family’s chicken restaurant, joined by roommate Kang No Ra (Choi Ji Soo) for a rare happy gathering.

The three women reminisce about their shared past, creating emotional scenes that touched viewers. A surprising line from Geum Bo about carols previewing her birthday shocks Kang No Ra, hinting at upcoming twists in their relationships.

By the end of the episode, a new “dream team” forms to recover Han Min Securities’ slush funds safely. With Albut Oh and Lee Yong Ki joining forces with Geum Bo and Go Bok Hee, the stage is set for exciting developments, leaving viewers eagerly waiting for the next episode.
