SBS’s Friday–Saturday drama No Tail To Tell is drawing attention for its romantic storyline, but its ratings continue to fall.
According to viewership data, the drama started with 3.7% for its first episode. However, it has stayed in the 2% range since then. Most recently, episode 8 recorded its lowest rating so far at 2.2%, marking a new personal low for the series.
Despite the disappointing numbers, the production team released new unseen couple stills on February 13th, highlighting the chemistry between Eun Ho, played by Kim Hye Yoon, and Kang Si Yeol, played by Lomon.
In a recent episode, Kang Si Yeol began dating Eun Ho after her sudden announcement. He even planned a typical first date as she wanted. However, when he honestly said he did not feel his heart race while holding her hand, it created an awkward moment.
The emotional turning point came when Eun Ho mentioned that she would erase his memories once things returned to normal.
In response, Kang Si Yeol surprised her with a kiss and said, “If you erase my memories however you want and you are the only one who remembers this moment, then can’t I at least do this my way?” The line quickly became a talking point among viewers.
Newly released stills also show the couple growing closer as their relationship develops. Behind the scenes photos reveal the actors smiling brightly on set, even during intense filming moments, further fueling praise for their on screen chemistry.
Kim Hye Yoon continues to receive recognition for her emotional performance, while Lomon is earning positive reviews for balancing seriousness and playful charm in his role.
Due to the Lunar New Year holiday schedule, the drama will not air on the 13th and 14th. Episode 9 is set to broadcast on the 20th at 9:50 PM.
While romance buzz and cast chemistry remain strong, No Tail To Tell now faces concerns as it records its lowest rating yet at 2.2%.
